OEM Sales Manager

INDEECO, a manufacturer of electric heaters and controls, is recruiting for a newly developed position: OEM Sales Manager. The OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for growing sales by identifying and cultivating new accounts; particularly those in the electric duct heater market. The OEM Sales Manager will promote private label and national distribution agreements. This will be achieved by working directly with the independent external sales representative network and the internal INDEECO Regional Sales Managers. The OEM Sales Manager position would require at least 60% travel time.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience fostering new product channels specifically in the commercial HVAC industry (knowledge of our duct heater competitors a definite plus!).
• Thorough technical understanding of our product line and be able to organize their work and produce results independently.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with both external and internal contacts.
• Must love closing the deal.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.

The OEM Sales Manager will be compensated with a base salary (centered on experience), competitive benefits, performance bonus, and is eligible for the profit sharing plan.
